2023 - Selected for an EU Shared Green Deal award to run a series of workshops in Galway about cycling in school children

2021 - Awarded an All Island Fund grant by the Community Foundation for Ireland and the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland to work with our friends at Cloughmills Community Action Team in County Antrim, to share knowledge about bike recycling and community work.

2021 - Awarded a Circular Economy grant by Community Foundation for Ireland to undertake a circular refit of our shop space at NUI Galway.

2021 - Funded under the Department of Rural & Community Development/Department of Transport's Pilot Bike & E-Bike Upcycling Initiative. Working via a joint venture with the Westside Resource Centre to upcycle bikes, provide jobs & training to people from disadvantaged groups, and co-design ways to connect upcycled bikes with low income & disadvantaged people.

2020 - Selected for an EPA Green Enterprise grant to explore new techniques for remanufacturing of discarded bicycles

2020 - Winner "The Professionals" category in the Mywaste.ie Upcycling Challenge for our work transforming the old bank vault in Galway Shopping Centre into our Bike Shop.

2020 - Selected for the Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Action Lab.

2020 - Shortlisted by Materials Recycling World for two recycling awards: Circular Economy Initiative and Team of the Year.

2019 - Winner of the Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Academy West pitching competition - €5000 in Seed Funding from the Lifes2Good Foundation.
