DIY Workshop
Where it all started for An Mheitheal Rothar! Our DIY workshops have been running since 2010 and are open to all. Come along and learn to fix your own bike with guidance from our volunteer mechanics.
We have salvaged parts available if your bike needs them. You can choose to pay for new parts, or you can access some of our second hand parts and pay what you can afford on a donation basis. We have consumables like cables and oil, also on a pay by donation basis.
DIY workshops are every Wednesday night 6-9pm in our community workshop.

Nope! Just bring your bike along any Wednesday from 6-8pm
You might have to wait a little until we have a mechanic free but we will get around to your bike!

We cover all the basics but we don’t work on headsets or bottom brackets.
This is because our DIY is only two hours long and this work can often be difficult and take longer. We want you to be able to leave with your bike at the end of the DIY
